About me
Dr. Stacey Lee currently serves as the chief of inclusion, diversity, equity, and action at The Mount Vernon School. With over 20 years in education, Dr. Lee specializes is cultivating environments where all can thrive. With a career spanning higher ed and secondary boarding schools, Dr. Lee holds small residential learning environments in high regard and looks to bring the core elements of that unique style of learning in community alive wherever she serves.
Dr. Lee's expertise comes through in co-creating, programs, strategy, and relationships that meet the needs of individuals while upholding the best interest of the organization. With an A.B. from Bowdoin College, Dr. Lee earned her Masters in Organizational Leadership and submitted research on affective faculty-student relationships from the faculty perspective to earn her Ed.D, at the University of New England.
